Social Impact of COVID -19 today

It is no secre that no country in the world was prepared to face a crisis as devastating as the one we have been experiencing in recent years as a result of COVID-19, which has hit every region of the planet, and has brought with it a series of catastrophic consequences in the daily life of each one of us.

This current crisis has reached unimaginable levels, becoming not only a health crisis, but also an economic and social one. Almost three years after the first cases of COVID -19 were announced to the world, it could be said that some things have already returned to normal. But for each of us our lives have changed.

Social distancing, masking and isolation left us a strong life lesson in each of the Americans and citizens of the world, by making us understand that we are socially weak, and we depend in a great way on the creation of ties with others and this it also covers the social and labor aspects. It seems sensible to mention that we have learned to place greater value on that feeling of being close to our loved ones and social circle in general, just as a large number of Americans have reconsidered their future work goals.

Companies, workers and consumers have quickly adapted to different methodologies that have made the economic stagnation of 2020 just a stain on the past, but, on the contrary, it has been an incentive for organizations to evolve to new forms of leadership and constant changes both administrative and personnel.

Undoubtedly some millions of Americans have suffered the deterioration of their health, the loss of relatives, employment, home, and in many cases their own mental stability, but it is up to us to decide whether to remain anchored in that or move forward collectively, betting always to a much more promising future.
